About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and driven Mid-Level Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will bridge domain expertise in construction engineering and quality management with modern B2B SaaS methodologies.
You will have end-to-end ownership across the entire product lifecycle—from scaling, optimizing, and evolving our core enterprise platform to leading zero-to-one initiatives and feature development. Working closely with R&D, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership, you will help shape software solutions that drive real impact on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Define feature roadmaps, write clear product specifications (PRDs/user stories), and oversee execution from concept to release.
- 0-to-1 & Scale: Lead new platform initiatives from discovery to launch, while continuously optimizing and scaling existing complex workflows.
- Bridge Domain & Tech: Translate complex construction quality management processes and regulatory requirements into intuitive, reliable digital workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality releases, while aligning closely with sales, customer-facing teams, and end-users.
- Customer & Field Engagement: Conduct user research, gather field feedback from construction professionals, and translate enterprise customer needs into prioritized product requirements.
- Data-Informed Decisions: Balance user feedback, market demands, operational efficiency, and business goals to prioritize high-value impact.
What we're looking for
- **Product Experience:** 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software environments.
- **Domain Background (Civil Engineering / Construction):** Degree or strong professional background in **Civil Engineering**, with hands-on knowledge of **construction quality control / quality assurance (QC/QA)** processes, standards, and field workflows.
- **Full-Stack Product Mindset:** Strong comfort navigating across technical constraints, UX/UI workflows, and business goals.
- **Execution & Ownership:** Proven ability to break down complex enterprise problems into phased, deliverable product increments.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with developers, executives, and on-site engineering personnel alike.
- **Languages:**
- Fluent / High-proficiency in **English** (written and verbal) – **Required**.
- Hebrew proficiency – Required.

- Fluency in **Russian** – **Strong Advantage**.
