Additional questions

Have you directly worked in an environment that used union labor — including coordinating schedules, adhering to union work rules, or communicating with union foremen or stewards?

Walk us through how you currently manage — or have managed — the full lifecycle of a job or project: from when work is confirmed, through scheduling and field execution, to invoicing and closeout. What does your process look like, and what tools or systems do you rely on?

Describe a specific situation where you had to hold a colleague, field crew member, or subcontractor accountable for a missed deadline or documentation failure. What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?

It's 7:30 AM. A crane crew is already en route to a job site when the customer calls to say site access has been delayed by 4 hours. At the same time, you have two unanswered emails from a vendor about a pending purchase order and an incomplete invoice from yesterday that needs to go out today. How do you handle the next 60 minutes?

How many years have you worked in an operations role where you were personally responsible for both field/crew coordination AND billing or invoicing functions — not just one or the other?

Which software tools have you used professionally in operations or field-service work (for example scheduling, dispatch, CRM, or accounting tools)? Briefly note which one you are most proficient in.
